Meringue Shells

Time:

Total: 1 hour 30 minutes
Prep: 15-30 minutes
Cook: 1 hour
Yield: Serves 8.


Ingredients:

2 egg whites.
1/2 cup granulated sugar, sifted.

Preparation:

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add sugar, a tablespoon at a time, beating after each.

Cooking:

Drop on parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 250°F for 1 hour.
